Procedure, which was a root canal :( , was relatively painless and they put up with my whining. X-rays are fast because of being filmless, and they have some pretty good music (Think Massive Attack).
For initial setup (haven't been there before), root canal, and crown (this is for rear-most upper molar), the bill was ~$2300. It seemed expensive to me, and my insurance apparently sucks, but I guess this is pretty standard.
Overall, I'd recommend, especially if it is in your area. They are extremely accomodating, and called to followup the next day to make sure I was alright.
