He wanted to drill to make sure my 6yr old "didn't have a cavity" because he couldn't tell from the x-ray. My husband wouldn't even go back because of the pain ( he's still in) from having a tooth pulled in Sept. 2011. Dr. Arnstein Sr. has been totally disgraced by his son. The receptionist mouth needs washing with soap and has an attitude out of this world! Now, that I'm ready to switch, they are bringing up a "missed visit" charge from 2006. Paying it just to be done with them. Good Bye!!!

My family members was patients of Dr Arnstien's father over 30yrs years ago. Due to his father always had a busy schedule I would ask to see the Dr. Steven Anstien who had a less full patients load on Saturday's therefore, I could always get in and out quickly. Over the the years I have had nothing but, great experinces. There was one time I recall working for a company and was being charged $6.00 dollars per pay period for dental insuarnce. Thanks to Dr Arnstein I cancelled the for a saving of over a hundred dollar per year. He is definitely not one for ripping you off regardly of what type of insurance you have. After my root canal he decided that I only need a filling, what a saving.He is a great conversationist and a good listerner also, I might add. I love his staff and can always squeeze in an appointment at the last minute. Lastly, if there dental work you need and he for whatever the reasons don't do it, he is great with referrals. Now my grand-children are patients of his, the youngest one is only 3yrs....GREAT FAMILY DENTIST...I would totally reccommend him to any one looking for a dentist regardly of age..

Excellent chair-side manner, I have been seeing Dr. Steven since 1990. He explains procedures in a manner that is easy to understand. I have moved over 30 miles away and yet I continue to go back to him. Very pleasant office staff, easy to do business with.
