I received a referral for Dr. Geballa, an endodontist from another dentist. After leaving my dentist office, I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Geballa. The scheduler refused to schedule an appointment until i provided all of my insurance information first. I told her that I had both Delta Dental and MetLife but could not provide the the specific information until I got home. She still refused to schedule an appointment until i provided the information. I decided to go to another endodontist and had no trouble scheduling an appointment. In fact, when I offered to give her my insurance information, she said that I could provide it on the day of the appointment. I decided to call Dr. Geballa's scheduler to ask is he accepted patients who had no insurance. The answer was yes. This practice would would immediately schedule an appointment for a patient with no insurance, but refused to schedule an appointment for someone who has insurance without immediate verification. This makes absolutely no sense and does not pass the smell test. I personally would just simply stay away from this practice.

performed a root canal, after 2 days pain got worse. could not contact because office was closed on weekend. suffered with pain & called mon am only to get an antibiotic i had already been taking. was told to call back thurs, still suffering from pain. called thurs to request a new antibiotic and was explained the aftercare & pain for 20 mins only to be refused another antibiotic. i know my body and i know i was not reacting 100% to the antibiotic originally prescribed which is very possible i now have an immunity to it. still in pain, still not satisfied, never returning or recommending!!

Dr. Gebella was very nice and did a great job with my root canal. My issue us with his horrible staff. They overcharged me by $585 that I paid upfront. After receiving my statement from my insurance it stated they owed me $585. I called the office and the refused to give it back said they would give me a credit for future use. Finally after going back and forth with them for weeks. My insurance company sent me a check and took the money from them. I refuse to ever go back. Good dentist. Horrible, horrible Staff!

My experience at this office has always been very pleasant, staff and Dr. Geballa has always made me feel very comfortable, relaxed as much as I could as a dental patient. Answers all of my questions and explains everything very well. The assistants are very sweet and helpful with my visit. I highly recommend this office for Endodontic treatment.

About Front Desk: The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my insurance paying my bill and she fought for me until it was paid. She went above and beyond her job.

Scheduling appointment and waiting time was excellent however the friendliness of the staff including the doctor was poor. The office was clean. I didn't find that staff friendly at all. I would drive them as cold and sterile. In discussing my insurance coverage, I felt a level of deceit, but just thought it was all in my mind but my bill confirmed my intuition. I was referred to this office by my primary dentist, and I informed her of my bad experience and caution her about referring her clients to this office.

About Front Desk: My primary dentist staff can pretty tell me exactly what my insurance will cover however this office informed me that my insurance "should" cover the visit but my insurance only covered 10% of the visit. I was upset about the bill but really in light of the fact that I felt that the front desk knew that my insurance would cover. Of course I acknowledge that no office can state with certainty what your insurance will cover but I am certain they knew that my insurance was not going to cover the visit.

This Dr. does not give adequate information about treatment options. I was quoted one price and billed a much higher price for a procedure. Beware! Look elsewhere for service.

I was referred by my regular dentist for root canal and he was fantastic. I was in lot of pain and he explained everything in detail and completed the procedure the same day. Very friendly, professional and staff was excellent. Office was very nice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gebella and seriously considering switch to him permanently.

I first saw Dr. Geballa upon the recommendation of my primary dentist. He was to complete a root canal, and then send me back to my referring dentist. First, they billed my insurance company for a full root canal and then still charged me over $500 since my coverage was only 50%...who has ever had a $1000 root canal?? And then, on top of that, the portion that he finished was not actually finished! Of course, I found this out after going back to my dentist to complete the job. If that weren't enough, the staff is uninformed and clueless, the wait was ridiculous, and his service was mediocre. If you can go elsewhere, please save yourself the time and money and find another provider.

I was referred by my general dentist for a root canal in 1970. Geballa saw me on initial visit the next day, but only "assessed" the problem and scheduled the root canal 2 weeks later, requiring LOTS of pain drugs (thought I was hooked) unnecessarily. About a year later, the same thing happened to another molar and I went through the same delay. Last week, the molar he repaired in 1971 flared up again, and he wants me to wait 3 weeks - to re do a tooth he should have finished 6 years ago. I changed Endodontists.
