Avoid this dentist! Whenever I was in the chair, the dentist would discuss and complain about her personal issues with the assistant. I was trapped to hear these lurid and disgusting issues. It is not a pleasant visit. This happened multiple of times. Find someone more professional!
About Front Desk: They seem to turn over often. Some are horrors to to deal with, some are quite nice.
About Hygienist: She is really sweet!

After years of dealing with dentist's with fancy offices, paid for with treatments I did not need, it was a revelation to find Dr. Greissinger. My last two dentists found lots of cavities to fill, and crowns and bridges that needed to be replaced. And their offices keep getting fancier. Fortunately, I took my wife's advice and went to Dr. Greissinger before I had the work done. What a surprise... not a single cavity and all by crowns and my bridge were fine. I'll trade a fancy office with all the latest gadgets, for an honest dentist who does only what needs to be done, and never tries to sell you something you don't need anytime. I live outside of the perimeter, and I drive past a lot of closer dentist's offices to get to Dr. Greissinger. It doesn't bother me a bit.
About Hygienist: I've enjoyed both of the hygienists in the office. They do a good, careful job, and tell me what I need to know.

Simply the Best ...........I moved to Atlanta in 1999 and loved my dentist in Tampa and used to fly back to Tampa for treatment because I could not find a dentist I liked or that did not try and do un-necessary work. I found Dr. Greissinger through my Primary Care physician - Annette Bernard & her nurse Melissa - Thank gawd for that referall cause like I said she is the best

Michelle is the best! Very personable and a very good dentist. Her staff is wonderful too. I've know her for years, and we've even become friends. You can't get a better dentist.

I found Dr Dr. Greissinger to be a great dentist. Very nice demeanor, knowledagble and friendly. The work was pain free. Hygynist was alo great. Good on advice without making you feel bad regarding any lapses you may have had in doing all the right things. Would reccomend this practice. I unfortuntaly must find another dentist as my new dental plan does not include Dr. Greissinger.

Dr. Greissinger filled a couple of cavities for me - but made an important mistake. She filled them with silver fillings when I had requested ceramic. I had to have them drilled out and refilled - not pleasant. And then their office tried to charge me for the work. Be aware that their office uses the silver fillings, which contain mercury.

Dr. G's is very pleasant, easy to be around and they actually remember you between appointments. I've had the same hygenist now for probably 4 or 5 years. At other dentist's offices I've been randomly assigned hygenists or they've changed jobs between each appointment. But at Dr. G's that's definitely not the case.
Dr. G herself is great. She's very thorough and is happy to spend time just chatting with you. She did great work on my crowns on my front teeth - they match my other teeth perfectly and I couldn't ask for a better bite with them.
Overall, a great dentist.

Michelle is fantastic. When she could not perform a procedure that could only be handled by an oral surgeon (due to my dental structure) she charged me nothing for all of her work that day. WOW! Very honest and caring. The oral surgeon she recommended was the best...very attentive and professional...first class. I've had a tremendous amout of dental work in my life (due to past injuries) and Dr. Griessinger is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I still need a great deal of work and it will be Dr. Griessinger whom I trust with my teeth. She cares about her patients and it shows. I'm glad she is my Doctor.

Dr. Greissinger is an excellent dentist, however, I would say that Nina working at the front desk leaves much to be desired. In an attempt to do my due dilligence in selecting a Dentist, I specifically asked if this office accepted CIGNA. I was told there would be no problem. When I got a bill for a charge denied by CIGNA because it was already condidered to be paid for under another procedure, Nina - with such a "friendly disposition" - stated that since they were out of network, I would still owe the differnece and that it is "up to me to know my own benefits". Now THAT'S what I call service. Sorry Michelle, love ya lots, but with Nina's poor attitude and threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay the difference, I can't say I'll be back. Patients BEWARE!
