Unfortunately, I was not informed that my procedure was not covered until after the procedure. Normally, you are asked for your ins and that happen but that was it until time for billing. I was offered to be set up with a credit affiliate. I declined but paying my bill. Not happy but I don't want to be in collections. I tried calling the Dr Rajan Sharma but no return call. I will not return unless there is no one else to go to.
***Please check your insurance and don't just trust, this is my fought to but I should have been informed.***

I had a root canal. It was totally painless! Procedure was completed in 1 visit. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma. He is the best!

This place exemplifies the reasons why people hate going to the dentist. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time, Dr. Sharma openly ridiculed the staff in front of me, I did not have the opportunity to ask questions or talk to Dr. Sharma about the procedure before it began, and no concern was given for my comfort. The tech, though well-meaning, was not very competent. I will never return and would rather pay full-price somewhere else than an insurance copay here. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Sharma completed a root canal treatment for me (he specializes in Endodontics). He and his assistant were very professional and skillful which put me at ease (and thankfully, I experienced no pain at all). I would recommend Dr. Sharma and his office to anyone in need of a root canal. In general, dentistry tends to be costly, but I didn't feel that treatment with Dr. Sharma was any more expensive than other procedures with other dentists. As far as customer service, it was okay - a few days before my appointment I received a call to reschedule, but the office gave me sufficient notice. They were also very good about correcting a "mis"-billing and claim to my insurance company. I received a refund a day or two later and the claim was appropriately corrected as well.
