He is the best. Doesn't try to sell you things (services, dental wear etc.. ) that you don't need. Is accessible and caring. Worth every penny - and makes you wonder why others can't provide the smae service.

About Hygienist: The hygenist are all different in terms of gentleness but none are rough. They are all good, polite and your teeth feel great after they are cleaned.

Dave, Nancy & Sue are THE BEST. We've been patients for 20+ years and have nothing but the highest praise. We used to live in DC but now travel from WV to see him... and he's worth it! Love this dentist!.

I like Dr. Rothkopf. He's kind, gentle and knowledgeable, but he also knows his limits. Sends patients to excellent specialists when necessary. I'd recommend him--and have done so to many friends.

About Hygienist: Excellent Hygenists. Thorough. My teeth feel clean for weeks.

Excellent dentist. I've been his patient for 25 years. I was referred to him because he was particularly good at managing pain. I've stayed because he's very capable, and extremely caring and careful.

About Hygienist: Sue Perlman is my hygienist, also for about 25 years. She is willing to go the extra mile to minimize pain - in my case, she cleans my teeth manually because I am too sensitive to the sonic equipment. She is gentle, conscientious, thorough in procedures as well as in her questions and recommendations, and very pleasant to deal with.

I've gone to Dr. Rothkopf ever since coming to Washington area.. he was recommended by a friend and I've since recommended him to many other friends. He's caring, good humored, skillful (as painless as is possible with dentistry-- I still hate the novocaine shots but no problem after that). TUp to date with all the latest materials he only problem is that he seems to be winding down his hours, so it can be hard to get an appointment. But his receptionist is really good about squeezing you in if you're really in need.

About Hygienist: I've had teeth cleaned by both hygienists in the office -- both very good, one friendly and gentle the other on the brusque side and a bit heavy-handed...

I've been very happy with the quality of treatment from Dr. Rothkopf. He and his staff have a relaxed attitude, and yet the office is really terrific about running on time--I never wait more than a few minutes! I think the expenses are reasonable and seem to fall within my insurance guidelines--they're great about taking insurance.
