He damaged my teeth so many times. I realized this when I went to see a new doctor. Dr Harris talks more than treatment. He tells you he cares about you more than the money, but it is not true. It took me forever to get my money back for all the damaged he made on my teeth and eventually it was not even the total amount of money I paid him for my teeth. Do not recommend this doctor at all....

For over a year, I had no problem with Dr. Harris until he discovered a cavity. He ended up drilling down my tooth a lot and accidently chipped one of my other teeth with the drill. Afterwards, he told me that it may be possible that I may need a root canal on the tooth with the cavity! After that appointment with the drilling, my tooth hurt so much (it didn't bother me at all before that day) that I had to take pain killers and could barely eat until I had the root canal. The doctor who did the root canal commented that my tooth was drilled down more than he usually see it. After the root canal, Dr. Harris put a crown on the tooth. It came off once since it barely had any tooth to hold on to. It's been over a year since that traumatic experience and since then I've switched dentists. I had to get that tooth that was chipped filled twice and may need to eventually get a crown on it. And not surprisingly, I get very nervous around drills. I must also mention that Dr. Harris is a nice dentiest and was apologetic about the accidental chipping. I don't have any issues with his chair-side manner, but I wouldn't trust my teeth to him again.

Dr. Harris did a great job on my crown. He was accommodating, took time to explain, and do delicate work, was sincere. Great manner. Billing and front desk were adequate.

Dr. Harris is efficient and business-like. The first time I saw him, he gave me lots of information about my teeth and dental health that previous dentists had not provided. I thought he offered candid and sensible assessments of what treatments and procedures would be worthwhile, and which were overpriced and/or unnecessary. I have only seen him once, for a routine cleaning, but I was favorably impressed.

Paul Harris is amazing. He saved me from having to have braces by doing some wonderful work with crowns. They are beautiful and, along with good insurance, saved me a lot of money. What struck me when I was sitting in his chair was that Dr. Harris is more like an artist than a dentist--he was so dedicated to doing the best work possible and to making my smile beautiful. I think he may have been more excited than I was! The one area of this office that could use improvement is the front desk staff. I found one or two individuals to be quite unpleasant at times. I was surprised that a dentist like Dr. Harris would have unpleasant staff. This could be a result of the practice being under more than one dentist...not sure.
