I personally think Dr. Ahern is awesome. Dr. Ahern answers all my questions and concerns. It is their repceptionist Jamie that I seem to have a problem with. My first meeting with her it seemed like she wasn't very friendly. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Four months later I call back to make an appointment and she is the same way not friendly. I asked for her to fax some papers to get a jump start on some information that their office would need. I call back to Dr. Ahern's office a couple hours due to fax had not been received. She abruptly said her fax machine wasn't working and she put the papers in the mail. She could of very easily gave me a courtesy call so I was not waiting for my fax but did not.

Dr. Ahern was friendly, honest and reassuring. My experience was completely positive. No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but this was a truly pleasurable experience. I am so happy to have found someone I enjoy working with on my dental health.
