Dr. Berry is the worst dentist I have ever been to. She is cold and uncaring, as if she doesn't want to be there. She has "0" people skills. Just say NO to Dr. Berry!!

Great Staff, making a appointment is always very efferent , Awesome Hygienist, Dr Berry has placed several crowns and did some comedic bonding on my front teeth always satisfied, I would recommend her to everyone

I have been seeing Dr. Berry for about the past 7 years. I never have any cavities or work that's needed, but Dr. Berry has always tried to give me the hardsell about some expensive work she thinks i need, or else I will need a big bad root canal. Well, 7 years in, my teeth are still perfect and I'm waiting for that root canal she keeps trying to scare me with.
Dr. Berry sold her practice to a great dentist, Dr. Poole, Unfortunately he moved away after a year, and now the dishonest dentist, Dr. Berry is back. DO NOT go to this Doctor. Other than her exceptional hygenist, Dr. Berry and all of her staff is extremely rude and unaccomodating. and, be prepared to be upsold the minute you walk into her practice!
About Front Desk: Horrific! The front staff is a complete extension of the unscrupulous, and rude character of Dr. Berry.

Dr. Kary Berry and her husband, Dr. Kevin Berry, took over Dr. Coveyduck's practice when Coveyduck retired. I agree with the second review posted here. Kary Berry was like Ice Woman. Not friendly, not warm, barely acknowledges you, and made me feel more like an inconvenience. In the 11 years I went to Coveyduck, there was never one issue. The first filling I get under the new Berry regime, I got an infection. I've never had an infection after visiting a dentist. I am here on this site to look for a NEW dentist, and decided to post my opinion on the new Berry office. I won't be going back. I'm so disapponted and miss Dr. Coveyduck very much. Also, as a side note, Kary Berry's teeth are too white and look too fake. Hmmm....

She's not a very good people person. She is rather crude and very cold; not interested in talking to the patient at all. During my 1st visit to her, she actually left me sitting in the chair without saying we were finished. When I went to check out, I was informed that I had 2 cavities and needed a crown. She didn't even bother to tell me.. I might also add that I have been back 5 times since my crown has been put on. It's still not fixed...
