I have recommended Dr. Fredericks to several friends and they are equally satisfied. She gives personal service including calling me at home to check my progress! The whole office staff, be it Susan the receptionist or the hygienists/assistants, are friendly and professional! Dr. Fredericks has opted at times to take a more conservative approach in treatment when she deemed it adequate, therefore reducing time and cost. I am very satisfied.
