Dr. Gonzalez is very professional, kind, and friendly. She spends time with me which is very important. She explains how my progress is going in a way I can understand. She and her staff are always courteous and attentive to my needs. I appreciate the great service I always receive at Pure Smiles.

Dr Gonzalez and her team are so far apart from ANY medical practice I have ever been to. When I arrive the front desk knows me and checks me in. I am NEVER seen late. They are always on time. This is important to me. The technicians are super and very gentle. They are kind and considerate. Always a plus when they are messing around with your teeth. Dr. Gonzalez is very very concerned with doing the very best job possible and achieving the very best possible outcome. Dr. Gonzalez came to my dentist office to meet me at the request of my dentist. WOW! Taking her own time, leaving her own practice to come diagnose my ortho needs. No way I was going to any other ortho! Dr. Gonzalez and her team get 5 stars across the board. The office is super clean and enjoyable. Separate play area for all ages of children. She has thought of it all!!!

Dr. Gonzalez and Holly were both so patient and good with my 7 year old daughter who was nervous. Dr. Gonzalez and Holly both explained very well to me what was going to happen and what we would expect next etc... Will continue to see Dr Gonzalez and would definitely refer her to anyone!

I have been using Damon braces for about 8 months and the process is going really smoothly. I visit Dr. Gonzalez every 2 months to get adjustments, and so she can track the process. Everyone in the office is very professional and kind, they really take the time to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I had been to several Ortho offices to figure out who I wanted to start treatment with and this is the office that stood out to me: it is clean, very modern, and everyone is happy to work there! It has made me excited to start this process at Pure Smiles, because finding the perfect orthodontist is very important when you first begin to think about braces. Dr. Gonzalez's expertise and customer service is what really stood apart for me, and I am glad to be able to work and have this relationship with her great staff!
