Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The dental techs & Dr. Hadaway do quality work whether it be a crown or cleaning & check ups. I've been going to Dr. Hadaway for 10 years and I'm very happy with both the service and the result! Never a cavity and beautiful teeth! I'd recommend his services to anyone! The only tiem there was a problem with billing is when my insurance was changing over, so it was due to the insurance carrier & not Dr. Hadaway's office. In fact, Dr. Hadaway's office resolved the issue for me.

I've been a patient of Wayne's for 29 years. I absolutely love him and his assistant Suzie and hygenist Debby. My son has been going to him since he was two years old, he is now 26. We wouldn't go to anyone else. He is painless and will fit you in ANY time you have an emergency. He has even met me in his office after hours and on weekends to help with a cracked tooth or other issue.
I have recommended all my friends and co-worker to Wayne and will continue to do so!

I have been going to Dr. Hadaway all my life (a grand 26 years...) he is an amazing dentist. I like to call him "No Pain Wayne". Like the other reviewers I too have had serious issues with the front desk staff in the past. Charging me instead of insurance, telling me that it's my responsibility to call my insurance to see what's covered because she was far too busy in her receptionist duty to call herself (isn't that what receptionists do??!) anyway, once your past the front desk it's a great place to get your dental work done.

I totally agree with Review #1. I've had the same experience with the front office, billing me instead of my insurance, not calling me back, etc. Otherwise, I love Dr. Hadaway and have been going to him for 23 + years. And I'm also in agreement with Reviewer #1 - Debbie is great!

The dentist seems competent. His hygienist, Debbie, is wonderful. Front office staff needs much improvement. Botches insurance info, does not return phone calls, does not call to cancel appointments, etc. Once you get past those folks, it's a good experience.
