Had a bad outcome with him trying to fix my bite. Anytime I would question things I was told “your in transition, things will improve, nothing I’m doing can’t be changed” etc, but no things got worse. And no he would not change anything back saying my bite was where it should be. Another dentist had to fix what could be fixed and I lost thousands. I do not recommend. Very dishonest individual.

About Front Desk: The staff is very good but doesn’t make up for the dentist.

Dr Buck has special training in treating jaw pain and TMJ. I have never had such a calming experience. Dr. B spent an hour with me in consultation and exam. He has successfully resolved years of headaches and sleep problems. I have a besutiful smile and bite as an added benefit, but honestly to be free from debilitating pain is priceless in terms of quality of life!

Good parking, no mercury use, grouchy hygienist, never see the actual dentist.

I've gone to Dr. Buck's office twice a year for periodic cleaning and an annual exam. I found the faciliites to be clean and comfortable with tea and water provided. I believe parking is available, but you may wish to call ahead to find out where to park. The office is centrally located on Capital Hill, one block West of Broadway by the new QFC. The office uses top-of-the-line treatments and materials from what I could tell (for instance they only use porceline or precious metals for fillings). However, I never had any surgery or even cavities while seeing this Dentist (about 2 years). The hygenist I was assigned to was very nice but extremely talkative, asking questions not pertaining to dental health and often times the appointment time would run very long, which made it difficult going during my lunch hour. He was very thorough with the cleaning and gave lots of dental advice too, which was helpful. Dr. Buck seemed nice and professional but often hurried with not much patient contact. I found this office to be very pleasant. The visits seemed somewhat expensive, especially so because a routine cleaning fee did not include time with Dr. Buck which was additional. They did offer a discount if paying at time of service.
