I have been going to Dr. Laska's office for several years, each time it seems my experience gets worse. They take all of the dental plans and still charge a lot for services. The parking is expensive and inconvenient On my last visit I was told I needed 4 astronomically expensive crowns because of teeth grinding. Also that my 3 dental plans they accepted, would not cover them. I went to another DDS for a 2nd opinion and was told there was no reason to crown healthy teeth and my grinding was minor.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Laska and began noticing differences in Customer Service and their product 2 - 3 years ago. I've had the same crown replaced 4 times. The last time they replaced it I stopped going. A little less than a year ago. I haven't been back, found another dentist but 10 months later, the same crown came off. To top it off, I lost the crown and will have to pay for another. I will never, ever go back and do NoT recommend this doctor.

Had crown placed in Nov. 2009 but fallen off at least 4 times since. Hours of operation are NOT flexible. If you can't make it, too bad. Am looking for another dentist.

Dr. Laska is very nice and made me feel comfortable about my dental treatment. I had to have 6 of my front teeth fixed and i was devastated, but Dr. Laska and his staff assured me everything would be fine and walked me through the entire process with such compassion. I now have a permanent all porcelin bridge. I am pleased at how natural its looks and people dont even know that it is not my natural teeth. Although my insurance didn't cover the bridge I chose, Dr. Laska gave me a great discount and they also help me finance at no interest for 12 months. I would highly recommend Dr. Laska. Thank You and your wonderful staff for restoring my confidence and my smile.

They tried to scam me the minute I went into the office. Laska took my x-rays then tried to slap me with a $1800 bill for inlays at $950 a piece. Then added a "discount." They also asked me to pay on the spot before even doing anything. I had to schedule a cleaning 1 month later even though I had already paid for it. I was able to switch the inlays to fillings which cost $50 a piece (big difference). He told me that one of my teeth had a small cavity but he suggested that they remove half my tooth and put an inlay in its place (because of the $950 to $50 ratio, they would have made $900!) I talked to my cousin who is a dentist and she told me that the price was ridiculous and inlays have a likelihood of failure because they are cemented in, which can leak. Fillings have direct bonds so there's less chance of failure or leak. I demanded my money back and asked for my xrays that my insurance paid for. They charged me $30 for a copy and when I opened the envelope, they had PRINTED IT ON CARDSTOCK! DO NOT GO HERE!
