This office is beautiful, well organized and nicely operated. Dr Hayk Arakelyan is a professional, good listener, gentle, quick, a dentist who I can trust. I highly recommend Dr Arakelyan for dental care of all types!!!

I love this guy. I don't know how he got negative reviews. He's has a very calm and serene presence. He does excellent work, he is very attentive to the slightest sign of discomfort. And when I have suggested expensive procedures (putting in a post to make a back molar where the bone is already gone), he said it wasn't really necessary or worth it. I totally recommend Dr. Arakelyan. He's the one doctor I have that I really really feel good about. His costs are very fair too.
About Front Desk: The front desk ladies are nice. What's to complain about, I'm not marrying them. I had to cancel on the day of an appointment (which is a pretty lousy thing to do) and whomever I spoke to was reassuring that it was okay. I see them about once every 2 years and they remember me.

This has been the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Arakelyan and his staff were nothing but rude, cold, and unprofessional toward me during a teeth straightening procedure. After waiting almost an hour after my scheduled appointment, I heard him say "sh*t" twice during the simple procedure, and immediately afterwards before leaving his office the orthodontics he installed failed, and he was argumentative and unwilling to take responsibility. I was then told I would have to return after he takes almost 2-week vacation, so I called over a week in advance of his return to schedule an appointment. Guess what, he doesn't show up to fix his mistake! The second appointment, same thing! At this point, I am done with him and his shady practice.
I have since seen another cosmetic dentist, who upon first look at the work he did, called it "sloppy". I still have not been able to resolve my dental problems, and now thanks to Dr. Hayk Arakelyan and his staff, it's going to be even more complicated now. Avoid him if you can, you'll be better off spending a little more elsewhere for a reputable and competent dentist.

Dr. Arakelyan was recommended by a friend. He has given excellent work and care to myself and my family. His staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. His pricing is considerably better than others I reached out too and I feel he has given us more than we paid for. I'm an Amercian, and while you will see mostly Russian and Armenian people in the office, I can tell you that it does not matter what your nationality is, he will take great care of you. Very friendly and efficient. Wait time is minimal compared to the service received. I highly recommend this dentist for YOUR family.

About Hygienist: The Hygienists are very nice, pleasant, with fresh breath and great technique. I have never been hurt, even with teeth that had been neglected for a long time.

He is a genious of a dentist. After spending years shaking and tearful in the dental chair I am not only happy to be a patient of Doctor Arakelyan, but also fearless.
He is far superior to any dentist including the so called top of the line in Beverly Hills. He uses state of the art equipment and technology to do the least invasive treatments.
He is ethical, fair and highly reassuring for any of you out there feeling nervous. I rarely recommend anyone go to the dentist, but Hayk is the exception.

Very attentive and reassuring, however, I was informed by Dr. Arakelyan all fillings needed replacing. I have had excellent service at my regular dentist, and some of the fillings are less than two years old, but they are so busy I was unable to gain an appointment to fit my schedule.
I will not return to Dr. Arakelyan as after getting a second opinion the amalgam fillings that were supposedly leaking are in fact intact and the white fillings are still fine!
