What a beautiful place! The staff here is very kind, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was very efficient, honest, and professional. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions that I had. She and her assistant made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen for anyone looking for a dentist.

This place is great and deserves 5 stars! My whole experience was very pleasant at Dental Design SD. I was welcomed by very warm and friendly staff with excellent customer service. Dr. Agatep is very attentive and professional. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I asked her. I had 5 fillings and I felt so relaxed since the entire procedure was painless. I will definitely recommend Dr. Agatep to my friends and families. She is an amazing dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you!

This was my first visit where I had x-rays of my teeth and full diagnostic work-up on my teeth and mouth. Dr. Nguyen and the Hygienist were very detail and thorough and gentle. They showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what was going on with my teeth. They made recommendations and gave me an itemized list of recommended procedures to follow-up with. I scheduled my follow-up appointment for the next day.

One note...I had hoped to hear about the financial implications of Invisalign vs. 6-month lower teeth straightening associated with my insurance. I didn't get to find that out before I left and would love a follow-up (email is fine) if possible. "

I had a tooth extracted and bone graft today & I have to admit I was nervous about my appt however, the Dentist was absolutely Outstanding!! She explained the entire procedure, made me feel comfortable, and answered my questions before she began the procedure. She extracted my tooth, did the bone graph and stitched it up and I didn't feel anything. She was assisted by a Dental Asst named Julio Ortiz. He was very outgoing, friendly & professional. The Dr and Julio worked great together and the entire procedure went like clock work & couldn't have asked for any better. Dental Design SD is a first rate dental office. Dr. Agatep and her team are fantastic and I will definitely recommend all my family and friends! This office is visably just beautiful from top to bottom starting with a welcoming environment, professional & knowledgable staff, cleanliness, and just overall professionalism on all levels. Keep up the great job Dr. Agatep....You're doing everything right.

About Front Desk: Betty, the Office Manager was extremely personable & friendly. She greeted me with a warm genuine smile & a friendly Hello when I entered the office while another staff member assisted another patient over the phone. Although she was on the phone she too smiled and motioned to me they'd be right with me. It was very clear that customer service is a priority at this office!

I came in to get my teeth cleaned and whitening, i haven't been to the dentist in while, my treatment felt pain free. The chairs felt so comfortable, and i felt so relaxed. DR Kathrina was so informational made me feel safe. if i had any questions she would answer it with a smile. Also dentist assistant Julio Ortiz was amazing, he knew what he was doing, always had a smile, made me feel comfortable, very informational with any questions i hade.

About Front Desk: Front desk where so welcoming once i walked in the office. They also offered water or tea.They where really nice.

I had 4 fillings done today. Her shots and fillings are relatively painless. I always find that the noise of the tools are scarier than the procedures themself. The cost is not cheap, but if you have insurance it is affordable. This was my first visit in 3 years or so, but Dr. Agatep remembered details about me from years ago. I also had a crown put in 3 years ago and it was a pleasant experience. I had to have an emergency root canal that day and she sent me to a specialist and then fit me in for the crown last minute. You are always treated with care at this office and they have never let me down.

About Front Desk: I just graduated from college and my insurance was about to be cut off in 2 days when I got my first checkup in 3 years. I expected a couple of cavities, but turns out I needed deep cleaning for gum disease as well. The deep cleaning is performed by quadrant of teeth and it seemed like it would be impossible to finish all these procedures in 2 days. Betty at the front desk was able to fit me in on last notice. Looks like I will be able to finish filling 4 cavities and getting deep cleaning within 2 days. Betty also printed out my out of pocket costs and the amounts my insurance will cover even before going through with any of the treatments. I was more than satisfied with all of her help.

About Hygienist: I had my first deep cleaning yesterday and found out that I have gum disease. It scared me at first, but the hygienist (Thuy) explained everything that I needed to do and she made me feel much better. She was very skilled at administering the anesthetic shot and I did not really feel the pain during the shot or after. My teeth were sensitive for a bit but after a couple of hours, they felt back to normal. She also emailed me postop instructions a couple hours after. I felt like she was knowledgeable about gum disease and was very kind and caring.

Tooth extraction. I am very scared of dentists. I am a very difficult patient. This was by far the best experience i have ever had. Some of my phobia may have been resolved due to this experience. Every one within the office i dealt with were fantastic. Dr Diana Nguyen, Julio Ortiz, and Betty Najera they all were great to deal with. Highly recommend for those with phobias

About Front Desk: Very easy to deal with, no pressure, very helpful explaining different options available.
