I adore Dr. Rossinski. She is pain free, thorough, and her work is always excellent. She fits me in anytime I have an emergency, is always calm, clear about the work she is doing, and nice. I have had lots of work from extractions, onlays, crowns, etc. I recommend her to everyone I know because she is really special. She has new state-of-the-art equipment, is up do date on recent research and procedures, and always keeps my budget in mind. She also will go back and fix anything that's not right or perfectly comfortable.

Love her! She listens and pays total attention to what she's doing and is great at what she does. not to mention that everyone in her office looks like an authentic Bond girl. She makes going to the dentist feel like being on a movie set!

She really cares about her patients. I even tend to sleep in dentist chair!

My visits with Dr. Rossinski have been pleasant and I feel that she is competent. Her offices and her approach are much more up to date than my previous dentist. She is very attentive during procedures and very sensitive to signs that the patient may be experiencing pain. However I have not had any pain in her office although I have had to undergo a number of unpleasant tooth situtations resulting from very deep decay under old fillings. She follows the pricing structure laid out by my insurance. She has never tried to sell me any cosmetic procedures. I appreciate her soothing manner of explaining things and she does nice touches such as applying lip balm to my lips so they feel comfortable while she is working. My only criticism would be that sometimes if your questions go too in-depth then she sort of seems like she does not want to discuss things at great length - like she will explain it but she does want to spend a long amount of time describing each thing. The customer service is fine but the office is not open full time so sometimes its hard to reach them. Also I find the bills that I receive to be very complex and difficult to interpret.
