My family has been using this office for many years. The staff know everyone by name and seem genuinely interested in you as a person-remembering major and minor events that may have come up in conversations. The wait to be seen is never long once you check in. Even if you have an emergency, such as a broken tooth as I and my husband have had happen, they are able to fit you in quickly (that day or the next). They also don't push you to have major procedures if it can wait; they will mention anything of note and if it can wait they will monitor it (such as a small filling needed or old fillings that might need to be replaced). I have also had crowns done and crowns done by other incompetent dentist fixed/replaced that I now have no issues with. When procedures require being numbed I feel very little pain-such a contrast to when I was a child and the dentist seemed to jab me with the long needles! The only concern I have is the prices for some services, if not covered by insurance, may be expensive. However, I keep in mind that if you don't have a healthy mouth then that can potentially cause other health issues elsewhere in the body-so it is money well spent.

About Front Desk: They are great! I can get an appointment relatively quickly and they are friendly and efficient.

Dr. Coccoros is insensitive to his patients. He misdiagnosed tooth decay and performed unnecessary X-rays. The facilities are antiquated. He has not been available to patients in an emergency. Large sums of money have been charged for work not preformed. Has made false claims to the insurance company for work not performed or needed. Would not recommend this dentist to others. As a result of poor dental care and misdiagnosis from Dr. Coccoros, who I saw every 4-6 months, 3 root canals, 4 crowns and a repair of a cracked tooth are needed to save my teeth.

About Hygienist: Kona, the hygienist, is not truthful about dental care. She teaches dentistry to others and her practices should also be reviewed.
