Your worse nightmare at a dentist. Please beware. This Dr. gives you a rush job.and try to sell you things that you do not need. I almost thought that he was not a real dentist.

About Front Desk: was not dress properly. look like she was going to the park. Clothes were dingy.

Front desk:

About Hygienist: The hygienist which was the receptionist cleaned my teeth. and did not give me any cup to spit in. So I waited with a mouth full of paste

I know this doctor: one day

I've been seeing this dentist for almost a year now. They were in Fox Lake and now have been moved to a brand new office in Spring Grove. I like this new office, new look and have seen new staff. I have been going there for my regular cleaning and exam. I had very good experience with them. Staff reminds you for the recall and got appointment as per my schedule. Service was very good too. I will be going back in 4 months again.

Dr. Choo is knowledgeable and patient. He lets you go in with your children so everyone is comfortable. He explains what he is going to do before he does it and he lets you see what he is working on and why it should be done. The final choice about your dental work is up to you. He believes in a painless experience. (at least as painless as possible) He is kind and soft spoken and will work out a payment plan if you do not have enough insurance or if he is not in your insurance network. If you are someone who does not like the dentist or is afraid of the dentist I would recommend him.

This was my first time with this dentist. Every time I've gone for an appointment I've had to wait at least 1/2 hour. That should have been my first clue of the disaster to come. I had to have my teeth cleaned and it was the most painful cleaning I've ever had. He also said I needed to have a filling re-done. I had no pain in that tooth before I went in but I've had severe pain in that tooth since I left. I've been back about it but the dentist says he can't see anything wrong, yet I'm still in pain. I'm switching to another dentist!

I went to Dr. Choo for 2 crowns on my front teeth. He did a horrible job. He has a habit of recommending services that are not needed. After the installation of the crowns, he recommended that I purchase a whitening gel for the bleeching of my surrounding teeth. After usiing the gel, the crowns are now appearing darker than the rest of my teeth. Now, I have to have more dental work done to correct the problem he created.

I went to his office they had me do my own suction during the cleaning. As he started to look over my teeth for cavities he noticed that I had a little tarter between bottom two teeth, with out checking any more teeth he told me I should get a deep scaling that moment. After I decline he did no further work on my teeth.

I think Dr. Choo is knowledgeable, but I felt that he did not provide a thorough exam and cleaning and when he recommended an expensive procedure, he did not explain the procedure (or its costs) well. The waits in his office are long and clerical matters were not handled smoothly.
