This is the most gentle, pleasant, competent, professional dentist I have ever visited (I am almost 50 so I have seen a few!). She takes her time and will always work with you to design a treatment plan that takes into consideration your insurance limitations. My only complaint is that her billing is sometimes not in sync with the insurance, but that is probably due to the Machiavellian dental insurance companies, rather than Dr Bucay!
