Dr. Ghalehbaghi did a very poor job in my opinion of calming my near three-year-old. She did not establish trust with the child and was condescending towards him. Specifically, when he got upset, she simply fussed at him to stop crying and did not try to distract or soothe him. For those efforts, she charged us a "behavior management" fee. The doctor also made patronizing remarks about the child's father being unable to be at the procedure. Moreover, it took the office 3 weeks to return a phone call regarding a billing question after we called nearly every other day. Finally, the toys were dirty and the floor needed vacuuming. All in all, this was quite a negative experience for us. We would not recommend Dr. Ghalehbaghi.
