Cleanings, exams and fillings: He tries to be friendly, but his office manager can't be bothered checking plan specifics, and Dr. Lee sprays water instead of doing a proper cleaning. His exams seem to be perfunctory; he spends 50% of the time another office would spend, gets mediocre to poor results and charges more.
About Front Desk: Fine with scheduling, helpful if time or date needs to change. BUT on several occasions she has tried to overcharge (hadn't checked with insurance company, faulty arithmetic, etc.). She can also be unpleasant when you correct her.
