The awful experience I had with this joke of a doctor has haunted me through the years. I novocaine has never worked on me so I wanted my wisdom teeth extracted under sedation. I was young and nervous and asked if my aunt could accompany me in to sooth my nerves. I was assured on the phone that both requests would be honored and that I would be completely accommodated without any issues. The traffic getting there was a hassle and my aunt got me there no more than 5 min late. The doctor promptly took me to take one X-ray, told me my wisdom teeth had to go and rushed me into his office alone and started preparing the novocaine. When I asked about my aunt and sedation he turned around and yelled at me. He told me to grow up and deal with the pain and that since I was 5 min late to my appointment, I wasted his time and he wasn't going to waste anymore of it with sedation. I promptly walked out and updated my aunt of the situation. The doctor refused to speak to my aunt, his witch of a secretary proceeded to scream and curse us out.....A month later I got the $2000 bill for the teeth extraction that never happened and X-rays. Insurance fraud on top of it all...what a joke. someone else said it best" no, I would not send my dog here." I have never been treated so badly by anyone, let alone "a medical professional." I had my teeth extracted by a real doctor a week later. STAY CLEAR of this horrific disguise of a doctor.

what an inconsiderate butcher. I didn't like him at all in fact I don't even know how he has this practice because of the treatment I got. The laughing gas didn't evenwork but they made sure I paid for it. What a ripoff. But I was so upset I didn't want to argue with the the pit bulls in front.

This review is from a true nervous "dentaphobe". Went today for a relatively complicated extraction of a tooth broken at and below the gum line. A friend recommended Dr. Louis Colacicco to me , and I am happy he did. Dr. Colacicco took his time to make sure I was"comfortably numb" before the procedure began. He put me at ease and fully explained the procedure before and during the extraction (all the while assuring I was not in any pain or distress.) The tooth was out without any pain in a few short minutes. He finished by suturing the open wound, and prescribing me both needed antibiotics and a pain reliever (if needed) . The front desk explained all my after care regimen before I departed. I left the office pain free and happy I chose Dr. Louis Colacicco for this oral surgery. PS. Saw other patients leaving the office equally satisfied with their oral surgeries during my stay.

About Front Desk: Easy to schedule with. Made sure my referral was sent to them before I went. Greeted by name with a smile. Great after care instructions explained to me.
