Dr. Ho is a wonderful dentist. They work nights and weekends - by far the most available dentist I have ever met. Dr. Ho is very gentle, discusses and explains all your options so that YOU can make the best decision for yourself, rather than what my old dentist used to do (which was to give me a frustrated sigh when I asked for more details). I was originally going to another dentist, but that person did not listen to me when I told him my filling didn't feel right and I ended up having to get a root canal. Needless to say, I did extensive research when finding my new dentist: Dr. Ho. He is a great dentist who came recommended very highly by my root canal person (whom I also researched). The waiting room has massage chairs, the decor is bright and friendly. They even gave me some quarters when I didn't have any change on me to fill the meter. I really love Dr. Ho and his assistant Michelle. I unfortunately needed a lot of dental work when I first started coming so I got to know the practice. They are wonderful warm people. Oh yes, and you can watch movies while he works on you! He is very polite, thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. I think he also has a teaching appointment at UCSF, or at least he did when I first researched him.
