Unsympathetic and rude: The person that cleaned my children's teeth was very impatient. When pain was caused and my son expressed concern, she compared my teenager to acting like a toddler. Not appreciated or necessary. When I was to have my teeth cleaned, again impatience when I asked questions and challenged them on services I didn't think I needed. Will not go back and would not recommend this facility to anyone. They were very impatient and unsympathetic to people that don't like to go to dentists.

Dr. Cope was okay at first, nothing spectacular, but fine. He does a below average job on fillings, and didn't even make the tooth colored filling match my tooth. At the end I felt like he was creating problems to make money. For example, I think he filled a cavity that wasn't there and ended up causing me a lot of pain.
