It is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in my life. The arrogance of Dr. Patel takes away all the desire to return to his office. He wanted to extract the molar with pain; he is cold, rude, and not at all communicative and leaves the patient without saying goodbye or say anything.
I am very sorry the people who work with him, they must cover all his bad manners and arrogance.
I do not recommend this doctor at all, in Chicago they must be many better Dental Surgery’s and better professionals. I hope he may have removed the two roots of the molar that I extracted; otherwise, I will gladly make a formal complaint.

I was recommended to Dr. Patel for having all 4 of my Wisdom teeth removed. It was as painless as having teeth removed can be in my opinion and If I had any more to be removed, I would go back in a heartbeat!

Dr. Patel is probably one of the best oral surgeons I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is very honest and professional about his work and about your treatment options. He has an excellent bedside manner as well. For me, his attitude and honesty won me over! Not to mention that he is easy on the eyes!
The office personnel are friendly and courteous. The office is decorated tastefully in what appears to be modern decor. More importantly, the rooms are neat and clean.

Dr. Patel was very efficient. He appears to be very busy and doesn't have much patience resulting in a chair-side manner that verges on cold/ brusque. Unfortunately, his front of office staff person Laura is the worst. She is completely incompetent and extremely rude. After a difficult claim process with the insurance company (7 months), on a follow-up call she hung up the phone on me. This disastrously poor customer service would not allow me to recommend this office.

Dr. Patel pulled a tooth for me and it was so easy. I worried for a week and it took about one minute to pull. He is very professional and very good at what he does.
