Yes, I agree too. The Doctor is Ok, but his staff at the reception area, are a misfit.
Anyone who visits Dr Patel, will only visit him once in their life, my friends too share the same view.The receptionists talk with lot of arrogance, and they mislead you with the treatment costs.
I visited them for the first time and they gave me a approximate cost of my treatment, saying that my insurance will cover 80%, but when i got the treatment done, the receptionists overcharged me saying that, there is nothing like approximate estimate, its final. I was'nt prepared for this.I had to shell out a few hundred dollars from my pocket for a minor tooth filling, which was un-neccessary forced by the doctor on me.Above all, the reception staff also spoke not so good things about the doctor.

He did the tooth extraction procedure for my wife and it was a success.
He is a quite good doctor, I recommend him.
