Dr. Peters is a highly experienced orthodontist and her work and results reflect it. When I walk into her office and see her other patients or staff I only see a smile on everyone. Her results are fantastic and she is very caring, sweet and detail oriented. If her patients are not happy, she is not happy. She strives for perfection and 100% patient satisfaction. I would highly recommend her! She is excellent!

If you are not careful about the payments you make, she will keep on charging via auto payment. After two months of overcharging, I found and asked her to stop further charges. She never gave back my $420 dollars back even after following up with her for over a year. Then i had to move to a different state. So I called her multiple times to get back my money. Finally my retainer broke and I asked her for an appointment to get the retainers. She refused to give me appointment stating she is busy knowing that I will be moving out in 2 weeks. I was sitting outside her clinic which was locked from inside. When I called her, I clearly saw her via the locked glass door. She came to the reception, looked at the phone and went back without attending. I was waiting calmly outside for her to come out. She came out to use restroom when I got hold of her. She lied that she dint see my call. I kept quiet as I want to get my retainers. I got my retainers for $380. So she has to pay me back $40 to me now. Needless to say she never picks or replies back to me anymore. I’ve never seen such a person in my life. So cheap behavior.

Very nice and knowledgeable about the work she does! Very kind and friendly to everybody that she comes across.

Terrible service. Never answers the phone or returns calls. Waited weeks for a retainer after my braces were removed and by the time I received them my teeth had shifted. Appointment times are ridiculous-I once waited 2.5 hours for an appointment. Worst experience with a medical "professional" I have ever had.
About Front Desk: No staff. Rents a chair and only staff she seems to have are temps who don't know what they're doing.

This doctor is possibly the worst health care "professional" I have ever dealt with. Does not care about her patients, only concerned about money. Always running late. Refuse to answer the phone or check voicemail. Do not waste your time or money.
