I have been a patient of Dr. Tatiana's for over 15 years. She has been practicing at this location for over 20 years. She is very competent, knowledgeable and willing to work with patients so they get a clear understanding of their dental needs, the process and costs involved. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly prior to proceeding. She maintains a pleasant and courteous demeanor. She is a perfectionist when it comes to your teeth and your smile.

Not a pleasant experience, doesn't abide by insurance agreement with fee's tact on charges like sterilization, deep cleaning surprise they don't charge you a sitting fee. Also dentist carries herself a little on the harsh side not receptive to patient concern very opinionated
About Front Desk: Receptionist friendly but appears to be micromanaged by dentist
About Hygienist: No hygienist dentist does her own cleaning

Dr. Paunescu was very rude. I came in for a cleaning and she told me that I had cheap insurance and "you get what you pay for".
My cleaning lasted 4 1/2 minutes. She used the pick (roughly) between my teeth and brushed my teeth with the electric cleaner.

Competent dentist. I have had a lot of dental work done in th past 10 years with 4 different dentists so am comparing. I found treatment difficult with Dr Paunescu. I did not feel at ease, I felt customer service and attention to me when I was in the chair was lacking and and after having my appointment cancelled I changed practictioner.
