I love my dentist! Dr. Pruett is VERY professional, educated, and EASY TO TALK TO. His office is beautiful, clean and very easy to find. In addition to fillings, I had cosmetic work done, the in house teeth whitening and crowns placed. I have yet to have ANY complications and I receive compliments on my smile all the time. I also go for my regular cleanings and the hygienists are very friendly, polite, and GENTLE. I have never had a long wait time, especially compared to previous offices. I am also a true believer in "you get what you paid for"...From personal experience, if you want discounted services, that's exactly what you will get.

Dr.Pruett fixed work that was done very poorly by another dentist when I was a teenager. I now have teeth I am very pleased with showing off. My crowns look amazing and no one can even tell I've had dental cosmetics. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve with cosmetics.

About Hygienist: I have seen both hygienists at Dr.Pruetts office and they are both efficient, fun, and knowledable.

You walk into this office and its hard not to be very impressed with the facilities. Top of the line everything. Dr Pruett and his staff are vey persuasive about their dental recommendations for treatment plans. When they speak to you they make you feel as if they know what they are talking about and you feel as if you are going to be taken care of. They are quick to shedule appointments, get things done and collect on payment. After my first treatment I began having problems with severe mouth pain. I complained and complained, saw Dr Pruett many times, felt I wasn't being listened to and finally followed up with another dentist. Dr Pruett made me feel as if I was burdening his time. Appointments are quick, I can't say he spent much time with me during any visit. I paid this office several thousands out of pocket, my dental insurance was maxed out and now I basically am having the work Dr Pruett done re-done. I would not reccomend this dentist to anyone. Broadmoor Dental is a high ended type dental office, expensive and all, but the quality of dental work I had done was unacceptable. Don't take the risk.

My crown fell off a short time after I had it done.... also had a file broken off in my tooth during a root canal.... then the doctor proceeded to tell me it was my fault because i moved my head... even though i was sitting still the whole time... an odd chair side manner to blame a patient for his mistake....even if it was my fault it seems like thats an odd thing to tell a pateint.. He seemed less like a dentist who cared about my well being and more like a used car salesman trying to sell me on veneers, bleachings, and cosmetic procedeures... the staff was nice.. that doesnt make up for the dr. though
