This was the most relaxed environment and professional setting I have been to. Dr. Paulos used state of the art equipment, did the cleaning himself, did not rush his "chair" side manner, and even followed up several weeks later (via email and a personal call) to check on things. A perfect place (given that is a dental office and all).

The customer service is always excellent and the facilities are very clean. My concern is that I have never had any major dental issues and from my first visit with Dr. Paulos after moving to IL from the east coast, there is always a procedure that he insists needs to be done. The latest have been gum grafts. Originally I needed one, now he feels I need three. Though most dentists would refer out for this, he does them himself. Because his recommendations seem so far off from anything I have had in the past, I am going in search of a second opinion. I am under 30 and the work he has described to both me and my husband does not seem to line up.

Dr. Paulos did a large amount of restorative work on me - several porcelain crowns and ten veneers. He is very conscientious and very thorough. I am completely satisfied with the results - my teeth look better than I ever expected! His office staff is very professional and punctual (I've never had to wait to see him). I also liked the fact that he gave me several treatment options from which to choose and really took time to explain the pros and cons of each. I recommend him to all of my friends!
