Dr Frank diagnosed and successfully treated my moderate sleep apnea, which I never knew I had because I always thought I slept well. I first tried a CPAP machine but it was a big hassle. The dental appliance is much more convenient and more effective. Since treatment, I have a lot more energy than before. She also straightened my teeth using Invisalign - better than my orthodontist did using braces. The office is very comfortable, and the office staff are all very friendly and very good at what they do. I feel like they always respect my time. They use state-of-the-art technology in the operatories (digital x-rays, Invisalign, intraoral camera, etc.) and the front desk (electronic billing, email, online medical history, etc.). Dr Frank is extremely thorough, spends a lot of time with her patients, and is very caring and proactive with her patients' health. She reviews all alternative treatments with the patient, listens carefully to patient input, and helps the patient choose the best alternative for the patient. In Dr Frank's office, it feels like my dental health and overall health are #1 priority. I can't imagine ever going to any other dentist.

I know this doctor: 10 years

The office is very friendly and professional. The doctor explains what she is doing and why. She doesn't just do things to have a reason to bill you.

Yes Dr. Frank is nice and kind. Office is clean & tidy. However it's the dental work that counts. 2 yrs ago she recommanded a crown over my poorly-decayed left molar to prevent further damage. However the crown fit poorly; despite of offering protection, the crown trapped bacteria inside and sent my tooth to its death. Only months after I spent $hundreds for the crown, I needed an emergency root-canal from a specialist. Afterwards I asked her to redo that crown and for the second time, it DIDN'T FIT!!! Up till today, I'm still unable to chew on my left side as the bite doesnt match with upper teeth. On top of that, during both crown procedures, she's unable to numb just the area needed; she numbed my entire left face from jaw to eyes! this happened to me TWICE!!! Now I switched to another dentist only to learn that lots more issues could've been prevented if she's able to locate them during my yrs of visit. Guess what? I will never return to her service. That's right, NEVER!
