The office works like a factory. They kept me waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then made me wait in different rooms for another 30 minutes.

I will never go back to Smile Care again. All I wanted was a checkup and an annual cleaning. They wouldn't schedule a cleaning until after I'd seen their dentist, who then proceeded to proscribe $2500 worth of "deep cleaning" plus whitening plus orthodontics before she would even consider doing the regular cleaning covered by my insurance. I got the impression this place exists only to get insurance patients to pay cash for extra services.
