I had crooked teeth...really really crooked. I lived with it so long that I didn't even realize how bad it really was until I actually got it fixed by Dr. Tai. Since he finished straightening my teeth, my smile has been so awesome! My treatment took 13 and a half months and around month #6 the compliments started to pour in! I really couldn't believe it. I saw 3 other orthodontists before I decided on Dr. Tai who took the most conservative approach... He didn't yank my teeth out like the other doctors wanted to do. I still can't believe how straight they are. That guy is a magician! I can't thank him enough. The office was so friendly too. I felt really at home there. I actually became buddies with the whole staff! If you are thinking about it, just go and get it over with...

Dr. Tai is a great orthodontist who can really relate to his patients. He opperates out of a beatiful Rockefeller Center office whose staff is very curteous and professional. The services were not cheap but Dr. Tai understood because I am a student I could not afford super expensive dental work. He made sure that he made me a fair deal on my treatment. I have not yet started with the treatment, but I anticipate having wonderful results. I will be having orthodontic work for about a year and a half and then I will need to have maxilofacial surgery to correct an imbalance with my jaw. Dr. Tai is giving me more than one option in what I want to get done. He has allowed me to have control over my own body and results which I greatly appreciate. He is willing to take any insurance that is willing to cover treatment, although in all truth most insurance plans don't cover orthodontics, my surgery will be covered. He has even offered to help me research insurance companies to reduce my out of pocket expenses. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and being a Harvard Dental graduate doesn't hurt his credibility of being a great Dr.
