Failed bone graph. Had a painful tooth extraction! They did a bone graph to get ready for an implant, the implant was never put in because before my implant was scheduled the bone graph failed. When I asked to be seen by Dr. Homa Zadeh, they told me "it's been too long since your last visit, you will need to pay $150 for an exam." It was only 2 months after my last visit! That is really recent. If a year had gone by, maybe I would understand, but 2 months is a short time frame.
My whole gums around the bone graph have receded!
I had a bad feeling from the get go and should have not continued with them from the start. They were unprofessional.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff were nice, though lack of communication between the front desk and those who worked on my mouth.

Don't need to look to going far for implants
Pricey yes because of the guides and scan but after getting an explanation of what's needed and why I need it it made sense

About Front Desk: impressed with kindness genuine concern and staff friendliness. I had to wait for a while but with the fresh coffee kind words and massage chair I was ok

Gum surgery. Complete disclosure on procedure was not provided up front, i.e. length of time with sutures(3 weeks). Painful injections, overall heavy handed. Colleague removed sutures. I insisted she missed one, didn't apologize when she located it. One week later I removed a suture she had cut but hadn't removed in a different area. I would think twice before I would recommend this dentist or his colleague.

I was pleasently suprised about the ease and kindness of this place! Dr. Zade took much time to review my case and consult with my dentist before making his suggestions (my case was very difficult).
He informed me about the options I have and how long it will take and how much it will cost.
I had much anxiety but the operation went very smooth and I had no pain at all!
I just had to take some antibiotics but needed no painkillers. He followed up with me several times. Only thing is you may have to wait a little, but I prefer that, as he really takes his time for you. I am really happy with my implants! Thank you!

I had heard some horor stories about dental implants. Dr. Zadeh took a great deal of care and time to completely inform me about my treatment options. He also described what I should expect following treatment. Dr. Zadeh is a professor at USC and I found to him to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled. When he described the latest techinques in minimally invasive surgery, I was pleasantly surprised. After undergoing the treatment, I was given detailed instructions about the after-care. He called me that evening to find out how I was doing. I found Dr. Zadeh to be extremely compasionate.
I recently had the crowns put on my implants and I love my new teeth!
