Dr. Indech was recommended by my dentist as a doctor who took my insurance and could do a good job on my crown lengthening, as opposed to a more expensive doctor who took no insurance. The staff was nice, although they seem to book too many procedures too closely. I was seen for the consult in the morning and he did such a thorough job, we ran out of time. lol I had to pay upfront for the procedure as well. Kind of odd. I had to come back again in the afternoon, but they were running 45 minutes late. Not a good thing to feel like your brand-new doctor is rushed. He went through the procedure, not saying anything to me at all. I tried to ask one question and he told me to just let us do our job. Not good. He is very intense and into his work, but these are my teeth, it's my money and pain, so I feel I should be able to ask questions. When the procedure was over about an hour later after much pain, tugging and sawing (I have no idea what he was doing), he disappeared out of the room without so much as a good-bye, or any comment on how it had gone. The office manager told me he had "an appointment" to get to. Great. He needs to work on his bedside manner and they need to stop booking so tightly. I just hope he did a good job.

it cost me $11,000 to remove a poorly placed implant and do a bone and skin graft and put in a new implant...and dr indech refused to work this out ......or even talk to me

I had to go and get all four of my wisdom teeth removed last week. It was only the second time I have ever seen this dentist and I felt so comfortable and he was soo nice. It really made a difference. The procedure was quick and he did such and excellent job! I have already recommended him to a few people who needed dental work done. He is really good at his job

Dr. Indech is very professional and has the greatest concern for your comfort. Very talented, excellent work and fair priced. He did not take my insurance so his office gave a discount to help defer fees. I can refer him with confidence. Six years ago he also did gum grafting for me which was very successful. Recently he did an implant for me after extracting an abscessed molar....that another Dentist tried to save by doing laser surgery...which was a waste of money. I should have seen Dr. Indech first because he always tells it like it is.

Dr. Indech recommended gum surgery on all four quadrants of my mouth. I started with 2 quadrants. Even though surgery is performed on only 4-5 teeth, I was charged for all 16 (I think that is an insurance issue). The surgery is the worst mistake I ever made. I believe this procedure is a huge moneymaker for dentists and it only leads to lost teeth. I never did get the surgery on the remaining two quadrants and all pockets have returned to normal by taking extra care with my teeth. I ended up losing teeth where the surgery was performed and opted for an implant which turned out great.
The billing department is the worst I've encountered and I have had to argue with them on a couple occasions regarding overpayments.

The staff was so supportive and warm. That makes a difference to me. His reputation is for excellent work, so I am optimistic about outcomes. I understood the full scope of the issues with my failed implant. (He did not put the implant in.)

I thought Dr. Indech was very nice at my first visit. when I went back in for my surgery the girl at the front seemed only interested in collecting my money and wasn't very nice about it. Dr. Indech's assistant was very young and did not seem very sure about what she was saying. The worst part was that Dr. Indech left the room right after he did my surgery and never said a word about my after care. I would try another periodontist before going back here.

Customer service has a lot to be desired. Dr. Indech completed my surgery and left the room and I never saw him again until the following week. His assistant gave me lengthy instructions and repeated a lot of stuff, mainly she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. I felt like I was treated rather poorly and would not recommend Dr. Indech to anyone.
