This office is the worst I've ever been too. I was on time. They got me in 20 min late, then left me in the chair so long it was lunch time. Apparently then, no one could start on my teeth until 1:00. Apparently all the staff went to lunch. The promised if I waited until 1:00 they would start promply. I was then again put in a chair and they started my 11:00 scheduled cleaning at 2:20 with barely an apology. Think they'll reimburse me for the 5 hours of missed work? NEVER go to this office.

They converted my amalgam fillings to porcelain. It was done very quickly and I had to repeatedly go back in to have them correct various issues such as the fillings not being smooth and cutting my tongue and because of new-found tooth sensitivity due to using a "cheaper" filling. The dental assistant was nice, but the dentist didn't seem concerned about my care and it showed.

I know this doctor: 1 year

cleaning was okay, no pain, billing is handled through my insurance provider and handled my co pay easily on credit card.. we have a low co-pay. .sometimes hard to get an appointment but for bi- annual check ups and cleanings its okay.. close to other medical centers in the area and UCSD

Local anesthetic was put in the wrong area. Drilled cavity anyway, though I complained about the pain. Dr. said, "Just a little bit more". Tried to sell me on having a very minor chip fixed by saying how much he noticed it, trying to make me feel insecure. It is microscopic! He and his staff mentioned it so many times that I couldn't even count. After having two "supposed" cavities filled, he did a sloppy job on the cleaning. Not sure if he even completed the steps. Had a young kid polish my teeth, also very sloppy. Do not go, they are money hungry individuals!

Very disorganized office manager, occasionally late for early morning appointments, and talks on personal cell phone in the presence of customers, etc. Very poor lab service, my inlays fell out! Gen Mgr for parent office in Vista helpful until it turned to issues of refunds for poor service and then did not return phone calls. STAY AWAY!

The dental care I received was very good. I was not satisfied with the follow-through when it came to paperwork issues such as referrals and billing questions.
