Dr. Shackleton on more than one occasion filled on top of decay on my teeth. She also failed to spot decay on one back molar for 2 years, allowing it to grow all the way to the nerve. (I go in for cleanings every 6 mos - so that was 3 times she missed it.) On the fourth try, when she did catch the decay, she filled all the way to the nerve, allowing the filling to rest against the nerve. I was in excruciating pain for 6 months afterwards until I found another dentist....
Their practice is also not on my dental insurance so it is more costly. They also for some wierd reason fail to send the first bill, so that the bill you receive in the mail says "balance forward" on it - and there was late charges that the receptionist refused to remove.
Do not go there!

Dr Shackelton is very gentle and the work i've gotten done from her is great!
