my experience w dr Aronson is that what you get is a dental hygienist. he doesn't spent much time with patients, the hygienist does all the work. I've had several crowns done by dr Aronson and they were not successful. he is okay if you are young and have good teeth. but if you need work, he is not the guy to see. I've recently switched to a real practitioner and the difference is astounding. I'm only sorry I didn't switch 10 years ago.

I continue to visit this office because the hygienist Dawn is wonderful! Dr Aaronson has a nice manner and is pleasant and is very competent but his office manager Nicole is extremely mercenary and uncooperative when it comes to bills and insurance. On more then one occasion, the price for a procedure that was quoted by the secretaries was changed and upgraded by Nicole. I tried to talk to the Dr about this but Dr Aaronson wants no part of financial discussions and leaves everything up to Nicole. I have recommended many friends to Dr Aaronson, but I'm now sorry I've done so and have told my friends why I've decided to leave this practice. Dr Aaronson is a good dentist, but the continual feeling that my business is unappreciated and I'm a money machine has left a bad taste.

Dr. Aaronson is very kind, and pleasant to deal with. Like most general dentists, however, your main interaction on checkups will be with the hygienists, not the dentist. When he does come in at the end of the routine visit, his manner is kind and pleasant and he is good about answering any questions.

About Hygienist: Since hygienists are whom you spend most of your visit with, it's important that his are usually first rate. They are well versed, have a soft touch and are pleasant to be around.

Dr. Aaronson never pushed me to replace my maryland bridge nor get unnecessary, costly, unsafe implants like other dentists I've been to. For cleanings, his hygienist Dawn Spinell is second to none! She is just fabulous and I walk out of his office on cloud 9. I recommend this office.

About Hygienist: Dawn Spinell is fantastic!!!!

Though Dr Aaronson has proved adequate in support of general cleanings and the like, all the serious dental work he has preformed on me, crowns and the like, have never be successfully and have either left me in pain, necessitated repeated visits or my prompted me to find someone new to provide my dental care - as is now the case. The facilities are simple and clean though not especially comfortable.

Dr. Aaronson barely has time to see his clients. You have to wait for hours and when he finally sees you, it would be seconds before he disappears. No room for questions there. In my recent visits for cleaning, he spent like 1 min examining my x-rays and barely took any questions. I ended up asking my questions to the hygienist. I had an uncomfortable feel going there for the last one year, but the recent experience made me decide to not go there anymore.

About Hygienist: Hygienist is very sweet!

I think Dr. Aaronson is a fine dentist but his Accounting Department leaves something to be desired. They double, overbill and are not consistent. When I brought this to Dr. Aaronson's attention he did not care and did nothing about it. I since then have stopped going and have regretted the many people I already recommended.

The office is very nice, and the personnel is polite and helpful. Dr. Aaronson is also very helpful and spends a fair amount of time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Quality of care is above satisfactory, so far. However, one thing I find bothersome is the big screens over every patient chair in every room, which have the office's weekly schedule, have every patient's SSN posted for every single employee and patient who walks in to see. In this day of identity fraud, etc., I find that to be a bit irresponsible.
