I trusted this doctor, and I have had treatment and it has repeatedly failed. I desperately need to function. Now, all of it has to be redone for a third time. I notice the reviews are posted by persons who were not his actual patients. His secretary is rude, and when I mentioned this, this doctor told me "she is good at collecting money." Now, what is that all about?

I always receive excellent treatment. My new teeth and crowns are beautiful and comfortable. His office staff is pleasant and efficient, with little waiting time. I recommend Dr. Paolini very highly.

I have now moved too far away to use Dr. Paolini and I am suffering. He did a ton of work on me for over 10 years and now, 20 years later, it's starting to need fresh work. That's a splendid track record! and he is truly the painless dentist, plus a very nice guy.

I first went to Dr. Paolini about 20 year ago. I was referred to him by a periodontist colleague of his. He has done crowns and fillings in my mouth, and I feel the work is excellent. Although I'm a pretty easy patient, I find Dr. Paolini and his staff always treat my mouth with respect and care, and it is only rarely that I am in any real pain.
I always think of Dr. Paolini as an artist because there is an original painting by him in the office. I consider him the "best in the business" and recommend him highly. Many of the hygienists and staff have been with him for many years, especially his long-time office manager, Laura.
Which reminds me, I did have one bad experience. Dr. Paolini began an $1,100 crown in my mouth without first obtaining my permission. But right away he said I could "pay over time", which I did as I didn't have dental insurance. I paid off the entire amount eventually, and now he and Laura still allow me to pay what I owe over time. Who could ask for more?
Dr. Paolini and his staff are just great !!
