Most of my teeth in right lower jaw were extracted (not all at once). No pain at all. Although Dr. Ngan ordered Motrin... Very skillful and explained everything in detail...

This dentist was in a bad mood! He threw a fit and threw his tool to the floor in the middle of cleaning my teeth. He made my bottom lip bleed by making me open mouth wide and applied no Vaseline. What is WRONG with this guy? I thought he was suppose to be professional. Paid so much for a poor experience. Never coming back and not recommending him to ANYONE.
About Front Desk: The lady called Polly was very mean and rude. Her English was bad too. I couldn't understand her and asked her to repeat a few times and she started to act like a female dog in heat.

Clinic is very clean. Staff are very nice and polite. The doctor has very good skills and is caring. The treatment plan was explained to me in detailed. I highly recommend this doctor. My experiences there were excellent.

Receptionist speaks poor English, appointment was not on time. Doctor spend little time to explain and rush to the next patient. Will not recommend to anyone

I heard him talk on the radio so I gave a try. He is NOT the kind of dentist I thought he was. He has shaky hands. He drilled a tiny whole on my healthy tooth by accident, so he didn't charge me for the restoration of the teeth. He explained to me that it wasn't "a big deal". Being a nice person that I am, I forgave easily. During the process, I saw him walk to the other room and scratched his face and then touched his hair and come back into my room for latex glove. I saw him touch the outside of the glove with the hand he scratched his face and then touched his hair. I demanded him to wash his hands and use another glove. I couldn't believe I had to teach a "professional" how to do his job. He just said "Oh sorry, you are right. Now, lets see what we can do for you" No doubt he is a professional. He did NOT wash his hands. He was so professional at changing the subject and dealing with suspicious patients. I do appreciate his good manners, but he was putting my health at jeopardy. He is so expensive too. He ONLY accepts like one insuranced or two, so I had to pay out of my own pocket. I have to say, paying him with my own money was NOT worth it AT ALL. I regret having him make profit off of me.

Superb skill-no pain at all. Took time examining and analysing. Extremely caring and dedicating! I had my 2 front veneers done and the result was above and beyond my expectations! The fee is very reasonable too. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Definite choice!
