The Dr. was nice but Staff is rude and hygienists do not follow instructions. I asked the hygienist to use the water pic/power tools to clean my teeth when I made my appt., I followed-up a few days before my appt. and spoke to hygienist that was scheduled to clean my teeth directly. Day of my appointment in her chair before she started, I reminded her of the conversation and my request. She said, she remembered and will use it. I waited and waited during my cleaning for her to use it and she never used it. I really don't think she knew how to. I asked her why she didn't use it and she said because "I didn't think I needed too".... I reminded her of the THREE times I requested it and how she agreed to use it, right before she started. She became very rude and defensive. I complained to the Office Manager and she was very rude as well. She offered no resolution or compromise. I was shocked at lack of professionalism. I called back a couple of days later and spoke to someone else and she was equally as rude and unhelpful. No customer service. It just goes to show, you can pay for school but can't buy class. I asked for the Dr. to call me back and they would never give him the message or he just didn't want to be bothered ??

Dr Vargas is great! I had a lot of work to be done and he and his staff helped me figure out the best way to proceed for my health and for my financial needs. Dr.Vargas even took the time to speak with me directly after I left the office. He and his staff are the best!

About Front Desk: The front office greeted me with a smile and helped me work out finances and payment options for the work that needed to be done. They spent over 30 minutes with me to and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate their patience.

I have not been contacted for a cleaning in two years. I had a tooth extracted FIVE YEARS AGO and he has not scheduled treatment for a bridge. I have a tooth with two fillings out and he has not scheduled an appointment for this tooth to be fixed.

About Front Desk: The front desk should have contacted me and they have not. I have been a patient at this practice for years. I am going to another practice as the previous concern for patients and their care has changed since Dr. Vargas joined this big practice. This is not a place to get good care anymore.

I had implants connected to my denture on the bottomw and a bridge on the top. I have been going 14+ years with the dental work Dr. Vargas did and it still looks as amazing as it did the first day I had it. I have referred many family and friends and will continue to do so. Dr. Vargas is great and he always has exceptional staff working with him.

Dr. Vargas made a implant denture on my upper and crowns on my lower teeth. I have had my teeth for almost 13 years now and they are still looking and feeling good. He is a perfectionist. He did nothing less than the best every step of the way and continues to amaze me with his attention to detail. I was pleased 15 years ago when I started treatment and I am please with him now.

He made sure to listen to all my questions and answered everyone, also made himself available after I left and realized I had more questions. He gave me implants and teeth in 1 day. My teeth look wonderful and I couldnt be more happy.

Dr. Vargas gave me an implant bridge. The implants went in and the teeth went in the same day! I have had the teeth in and looking good for almost 3 years now and they are still doing great. Cost wise I shopped around and he was about the same cost other places were charging (not cheap but not out of range), but he spend a lot of time answering my questions and explaining things to me.

Dr Vargas is the best! He did my implants, and crowns. My smile is wonderful! He always explains what needs to be done, why and how. Staff is very friendly.

I love Dr. Vargas! Dr. Vargas always takes time to make sure I understand treatment and answer any questions I have. He made 6 all ceramic crowns for me, did an implant bridge and an implant denture on for my bottom teeth. The teeth look beautiful, they are in great shape still! His staff is always friendly. I can't say enough good things about him!

Dr. vargas is great! He transformed my smile! I was so nervous even to call and felt like I was at home from the moment I walked in the door.
