About Hygienist: Hygienist was brutal. First time I went to her. Used ultrasound to clean teeth & hit a nerve on a back tooth that sent pain like electrocution shooting through my whole mouth & left me shaking. Was going to leave & come back another day but she convinced me to continue, promising to be more careful. To my horror, again on my upper front tooth, the same thing happened. Like electric shock shooting into my jaw & head. Turned me into a mass of shaking jelly on the verge of tears. Again I didn't have enough nerve or good sense to get up & leave but stayed to finish. To make up for her incompetence she gave me a goody bag bonus with 2 toothbrushes & 2 tubes of toothpaste instead of 1. As I was leaving, on rubber legs from the experience, I couldn't believe that she asked when I would like to return for next cleaning. That will be NEVER. Have had ultra sound cleaning many times before from other hygienists & never had issues like this. No one from the office ever contacted me after that although previously I used to get email updates & reminders from them. Stay away from this one.
