Dr. Lyons and his staff are excellent! They are all very nice, and made me feel very comfortable (and I am a wimp when it comes to dental procedures of any kind!). I'd recommend this office to anyone who needed LANAP gum surgery.

Dr. Lyons and his reception and hygienist staff are professional, responsive, empathetic and thorough. Throughout the extensive periodontal work, follow-up and teeth cleanings that I had done there, they made me feel very valued and reassured as a patient. They also went to lengths on my behalf with my dental insurance carrier to arrange coverage for the procedures I required. I highly recommend them.

I have had a history of long dental work. I have been going to see Dr lyons for a very long time. I've had extensive gum surgery,tooth extractions, bone grafts, and several dental implants. His professionalism, expertise and confidence allowed me to go thru these procedures with ease. (Trust me I had to be sedated in the past for any dental procedure. Not with Dr Lyons.) We always engaged in small talk before addressing the purpose of my visit and would catch up on what is happenning with our family. I have recommended Dr Lyons to others and as a Health care professional I value his fine work and dedication! I highly recommed Dr. M. Lyons!
About Hygienist: My experience has always been positive with the dental hygienist even with the temp ones I had. The receptionist know me my first name and always greet me warmly when I visit.

Dr Lyons saved my teeth when nobody else could he did it in a clear to understand procedure that for what it was was very painless.
The shot of novacane was the most painful of anything and his procedure was done very painless indeed.
I will no longer trust anybody else in my mouth.
About Hygienist: I have had several cleaners there as I go 4 times a year and all but one has hit it off right away with me and made me feel right at home. The job done is quick painless and my teeth come out very clean. ***NOTE*** the one who I did not hit it off with is no longer there so it is now a moot point.

My experience at this practice was not particularly positive. The receptionist and one of the hygienists were extremely rude and mean-spirited. I never saw the same hygienist twice, and my cleaning was inadequate. An insufficient cleaning coupled with an unfriendly staff make for a very unsatisfactory experience. Dr Lyons was professional and helpful, but it's unclear how he could be unaware of his staff members behavior toward his patients.
