I wish I could give them zero stars. The other reviews must have been written by their friends. These people are the biggest scam artists I have ever seen. They tell you that you have all these cavities and have you book an appointment for fillings while you are there and pay for half of the future visit before you leave. I didn't believe them that I had so many cavities so I went to another dentist and he said that I had no cavities. They kept my money for the fillings that I did not have and then claimed that my insurance didn't cover my bill and charged me even more. Stay away from these cheaters unless you want to pay for having teeth drilled that don't need fillings.

I have been seeing Dr. Besik for regular periodontic treatment. As a result my gums are in much better shape than they were when I first came. That said, every time I came to the office, I heard about some other procedure I might like to try, particularly gum surgery. Finally I decided to proceed with gum surgery. What I discovered was that I had to pay at least some part of this procedure up front. If I paid all up front, I would save 5%. We’re talking about a personal outlay of $3,700 for surgery on three teeth! (the full cost itemized as $5,695). When I got home that evening, I realized that this would only cover 1/4 of my teeth with receding gums, none of which insurance would consider as in sufficient need for full reimbursement. I could not remember another health professional in my life asking for payment in advance without allowing insurance to weigh in officially first. So I called to cancel and ended up having to eat several hundred dollars because of a credit card fee that Dr. Besik claimed because she charged my card right away. If I had been billed after the insurance review, there would have been no such problem. I was dumb in my decision making, but this person operates for her convenience rather than for her patients, and is overly expensive and aggressive in her marketing.

I have know Dr. Jaklin Bezik for a long time and she is very nice and considerate. She did my dental implants with great success. She offers great service, and I would reccomend her to anyone who is in need of a periodontist.

Dr. Bezik treated my advanced periodontal gums and teeth. She performed scaling and cleaning as well. The level of service of exceptional and the procedures were painless. The front desk is very helpful and the doctor has a very calming and soothing way of interacting. I was a little anxious at first, but both visits were very good.
