I went to Dr C for a crown lengthening on 3 teeth that just had root canals so my bridge would fit nicely. To start with he has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. It started out with him making a comment on how I must be a drug user having teeth like mine and then questioned me on my drug use. He was very condescending and made me feel like crap about my teeth. Now I knew that this was not the most pleasant procedure to have done but he made it the most painful and stressful one of my life. This is coming from someone who just had 3 back to back root canals. Not only did he stop in the middle for almost an hour to see another patient but he totally botched the procedure by taking too much bone away from my rear molar. The tooth was nice and solid prior to this procedure and I left with it being very loose. I called him the next morning telling him how loose the tooth was and he told me that it was normal and would tighten up. It never did. When I went back to my regular dentist he was doubtful that the tooth would hold a bridge anymore. I had it done anyway and the whole bridge wiggles. I was told that if they ever have to pull off the bridge that the tooth will most likely come with it. Not a happy patient
