Dr. Weinman was my dentist when I was a child; I remember him being friendly, gentle, and thorough. When I dreaded the thought of braces, he prescribed a nighttime brace instead, saving me a lot of social stress while effectively fixing my overbite. I'm now 36 and have never had a cavity. Writing fan mail to a dentist seems a bit odd, but after seeing my partner endure endless (painful, expensive) dental work, I'm so grateful for my good teeth! And I know Dr. Weinman gets a lot of the credit.

My two children have gone to Dr. Weinman since they were first graders and continue now that they are in high school. Both like him. Both trust him. Both think he does a great job. I do, too. He's highly skilled, thorough and professional. My teenage daughter's braces resulted in a Hollywood smile and beautifully even teeth. My teenage son will get them next. He can't wait.

he charged nearly $400 to look in my kid's mouth, rub some flouride on his baby teeth and poke around for literally 10 minutes. he has this policy of not giving you a quote before he spends time with the kid and i now understand why. i walked in with x-rays and he insisted on taking new pictures and i'm quite sure it was so he could bill us extra. also, his place is unclean. i was shocked at the price upon check out and he sheepishly said that charging $400 for a check up and an opinion wasn't that out of line. we took our kid to another dentist downtown and got a look over and an opinion for $60 and the dentist spent more time with our son. stay away from this guy.

My son has been seeing Dr. Weinman for 16 years, and he has always been kind and knowledgeable, and, really, I coudn't ask for a better pedodontist. My son has had both regular check-ups and orthodontia, so we've had a lot of contact with Dr. Weinman. Dr. Weinman has a very calm manner, and he explains what he's doing every step of the way. In my ratings there was no place to put that his fees are reasonable and expected, which is the truth. No dentist in Manhattan that you'd want to go to is "cheap" (in my opinion).

For my daughters first visit to the dentist I wanted her to be comfortable and at ease. Dr. Weinman is soft spoken and gentle, just what I hoped for. With pleasant staff and little chairs for little people, you couldnt ask for more>
