i just recently visited dr. loretta smiths office, the staff members were very professional, easy to talk to, and polite. i would definately recommend my family members and friends to visit the office of dr. loretta smith.

After calling for several weeks and leaving over 6 messages I was finally able to reach someone. They never returned my phone call I had to keep trying until I finally got the receptionist. I told her how hard it was for me to make an appointment and she didn't seem concerned at all. It was like she didn't even care how I felt. Even after that I still took my daughter in and as expected the dentist was absolutely wonderful. The facility is beautiful and the treatment my baby received was a success. I tried to call again to book an appointment for my son and well lets just say it has been two weeks of trying so far. If they can just get their front desk in order this place has the potential to be the number one pediatric dental offices on the south side. It is draining trying to make an appointment and so frustrating when the don't even try to return your calls. That is the most unprofessional part of this dental office.

Great doctor they are patient and makes it pretty relaxing for my 3 yr. old
