My son has been a patient of dr.Thebaum for over a 5 years now.The staff is helpful and friendly. The waiting room is nice.I wanted, however,to find another dentist, because some of the procedures seemed overpriced, but because my son doesn't have a lot of dental problems,we still go there for check ups.

We had very bad experience with this dentist office by their unprofessional service, their high price and their dishonesty. We made the appointment with Dr. Thebaut, but he did not show up for the treatment, another dentist hurt my daughter badly and pulled one more tooth without giving us enough time to consider. After promised to give us Dr. Thebaut, they sent the same unwanted dentist again on the next appointment. My daughter was scared and hurt very much. Dr. Thebaut is the provider of my insurance plan and supposes to follow the insurance price. According to our plan, we need to pay $107.22 from our pocket for the whole treatment. However, they required $303.70. Even we were unhappy with their service and their high price, we still paid this amount in full right on the treatment dates. However, two months after the treatment, we received an additional $208.40 bill from this office include overdue finance charges. They also have some hiding fees which they only billed to me without letting my insurance know. When I asked the office manager to claim to my insurance company first, she just repeatly said she will send us bill and let us to pay it. In summary, my daughter suffered more, we paid more and got a lot of trouble.

The price in Gwinnett Children Dentistry is almost two times higher than the insurance recommended price. And, after we paid all of their requested price at the days of services, they billed me over $200 again. They also add some late fees on the first bill. We made the appointment for my daughter with Dr. Thebaut, but we only see Dr. Thebaut one time out of four visits. Another dentist had bad performance and hurt my daughter a lot, even after we paid extra $33 out of packet for general anasthesia. She also extracted one more tooth than we agreed. Dr. Thebaut also hurt my daughter badly and appologized. The office staffs had bad service with appointment and billing issue. I I had very nightmare experience in Gwinnett Children Dentistry. I never go back to this doctor's office again and never recommend anybody to this doctor's office.

I am uhappy with my child's care. The staff seem to be concerned with money and not treatment. The staff don't seem quailfied and there has been changes in service over the years. Dr. Thebaut only sees his patients for a couple minutes after the service has been completed. I am looking for a new dentist for my daughter.

I was very impressed with the facility. Inviting for children. The staff was very professional. I have two children and their facility was equiped so that both children could get their teeth cleaned at the same time in the same area where I was able to sit and watch.

The staff was extremely accomodating. The expertise that Dr. Thebaut brings to that practice and the results that are achieved are outstanding. I definitely recommend him to everyone, including children AND adults. Pain is never an issue when Dr. Thebaut is working in the mouth.
