He corrected my under bite by giving me an over bite. Then to "fix" the over bite he shaved my upper teeth (some were shaved crooked) and pulled my lower jaw forward causing TMJ. Do NOT recommend.

Dr. Moore is the best! If you want your experience to be the best it could be, then choosing Dr. Moore is the way to go! My teeth look amazing and my bite is finally comfortable. I get so many complements on my teeth and I am so proud to smile at everyone. Don't wait~call and have Dr. Moore make your smile perfect!

Dr. Moore is the best! My teeth look and feel great! I finished 1 month sooner than expected, and I love the results. If you want it done right, Have Dr. Moore do your braces!

I made the mistake of choosing Dr. John Moore for the most basic of all orthodontic needs. As his patient I experienced his lack of ability to be able to complete the simple task of slightly moving a tooth. This is obviously not a good quality in an orthodontist. Looking at his age I thought he would have the experience and ability to do this, but how wrong my experience was. Dr. John Moore may have back in the day known what he was doing, but made it clear to me that he did not.
He does an excellent job at taking a mirror and pointing out a tooth that should move, but then week after week proves his inability to actually make it happen. He takes the same mirror and points out the same tooth that should move, but doesn’t make happen, week after week. Dr. John Moore listens to questions and answers them well, but doesn’t do well with action. For example, “This tooth needs to move”. “Yes, it does, let’s move that tooth”. Next appointment, same tooth – “This tooth needs to move”. “Yes, it does, let’s move that tooth”. Next appointment, same tooth – “This tooth needs to move”. “Yes, it does, let’s move that tooth” etc….get the picture? Looking for this type of experience with an orthodontist? He can provide that.

Dr. John Moore is a topnotch orthodontist! He is extremely thorough, a perfectionist, runs a very well organized staff, and coordinates patient treatment where surgery is necessary. He explains procedures extremely well and is meticulous in his planning for corrective dentistry. He is absolutely the best--gets my top rating and review!!
